Avalon Blue @ Derby (Blue Derby Endorsed) is a 120 year old clean and comfortable miners cottage.

Our new beds, heat pump, full kitchen, large table for meals, TV, Blue Ray & movies all help with your relaxation experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we do not provide any consumables.

A new secure bike storage area and deck have been built out the back, together with the fire pit out the front - to enjoy quite beers and reminisce about the epic day you have had riding the Blue Derby tails.

Heating is via a new reverse-cycle A/C-heat pump and wood heater both located centrally in the house. The house has been re-wired and insulated. Electric blankets on all beds and a small portable heater in the bathroom.
